Nas Album Release | Life is Good | MLB Fan Cave, NY, NY | July 18, 2012 | NY NJ Music Photographer

Nas hit the super intimate stage at MLB Fan Cave tonight as the crowd chanted his name. My fellow photographers and I stood by while he performed his first song – fans and photogs were only allowed to use iPhones for song #1 – so I shot a video with mine and enjoyed. “Life is good – just by waking up every morning…” he said with a smile just before I started photographing him. It is always an honor to be so up close and personal to these artists – and I was just that, standing by on stage left – a great spot to catch that handsome profile of his! I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I did taking them. A special shout out to one of my favorite female rock photographers – you know who you are! Thank you for stressing to me how important those tight shots are! ;D

In Love,
Kristen Driscoll!

This weekend, Mike, Chris and I take on The Firefly Festival in Dover, DE. I can hardly contain myself. Music + Photography = Life. Step in and Rock.
